The diet should be light and gentle.

In addition, do not do strenuous exercise after a meal, and should not go to bed immediately. If you don't pay attention to the above, you can hurt the spleen and stomach. The spleen and stomach are the basis of the day behind tomorrow. If the spleen and stomach are injured, they will be shaken, and the harm will be great. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine has the saying that “the spleen is prosperous in all seasons and is not subject to evil”.

Life should be regular.

Take a good nap, go to bed before 11 p.m., do not stay up late; get up early appropriately, and do not snooze. Take a proper nap, half an hour is appropriate, so as not to be sleepy after waking up. When sleeping, pay attention to the fact that the air conditioner should not be too cold in summer. The fan should not be fixed in one direction. No matter how hot the weather is, you should cover your stomach with something. Don't put a mat on the floor and sleep on the floor. Don't eat too much before going to bed, and you should not go to bed immediately after a meal. 

The combination of work and leisure, overwork (including room work) and excessive comfort are both harmful to the body. Read books, watch TV, use computers, etc., move your body (especially your neck and waist) every 50 minutes or so, and rest your eyes. Smoking is prohibited and alcohol is restricted. Socializing is one aspect, but a good body is more important than anything else. Do not be overly addicted to tea. Drinking herbal tea or strong tea for a long time can easily hurt the spleen and stomach.

The temperament should be peaceful.

Modern people have a fast pace of life, high work pressure, and are prone to impatience and sorrow. They must learn to relieve their bad emotions and keep their mood happy. Impatience and sorrow not only do not solve the problem, but they hurt the body. You may wish to calm down and think about ways to solve the problem. If you can't solve it, for the time being, you may wish to divert your attention, close your eyes and take a break or listen to music, such as when you encounter a traffic jam. 

In addition, there is time for more outdoor activities to stretch your body and enjoy your mood. Being in a bad state such as impatience and sorrow for a long time will cause many problems to the body. If there is no obvious reason, emotional fluctuations, such as anger, anxiety, etc., are also manifestations of dysfunction of the body, and sufficient attention should be paid to them.

For women.

Do not drink cold, rain, take cold baths during menstruation, beware of cold, and do not overeat spicy, dry, and hot food; do not overwork and participate in strenuous exercise; keep your mood comfortable. If the above is not paid attention to, it will cause menorrhea, dysmenorrhea, low menstrual flow, delayed menstruation, or even amenorrhea. 

Keep the vulva clean, and prohibit bathing, swimming, intercourse, and vaginal lavage. Women's emotions fluctuate easily in the premenstrual period, so others should understand. Women should not over-diet to lose weight, otherwise, it will cause physical weakness, low menstrual flow or amenorrhea, and even affect fertility.

If you don't pay attention to the above points, you may have nothing to do in January or February, and nothing to do in a year or two. They are all hurting people invisibly. The health of your body depends to a large extent on yourself. If you don't pay attention, no matter how good a doctor is, there is nothing you can do.
